Touring Information What We Do For You Working within your budget (offering numerous top name choreographers' work at a fraction of the cost), and within your community (outreach activities taught by master teachers), we work not just for you, but with you to design a dynamic experience that fits YOUR needs. We offer you the opportunity to choose from our à la carte repertory menu, and will work with you to create a delectable program of dance that tantalizes your audiences' tastes and imaginations. DANCE ALLOY THEATER will create a program for your specific venue, specifically designed to fit in larger union houses to our unique offering of DANCES FOR SMALL SPACES, a repertory appropriate for smaller venues with limited technical demands. Opportunity Engagements Varied activities are designed to support the specific repertory being performed, and each communities' needs. Taught by Artistic Director Beth Corning and seasoned members of the company, master classes and lecture demonstrations are offered to a wide range of abilities and backgrounds, from teens to seniors, from butchers to ballerinas. Outreach activities include: PERFORMANCES designed with each presenter and for each venue. Works are chosen from the company's nationally and internationally acclaimed repertory. Concerts are designed for traditional and alternative spaces including repertory from our offering "DANCES FOR SMALL SPACES" - appropriate for smaller venues with limited technical demands. COMMISSIONED WORKS Are created for the specific site event, group or company - student or professional. PARICIPATION-DISCUSSIONS Are "informal performances " that actively involve participants in the artistic process, at the same time introducing the company's esthetics. Contents vary and are tailored to each audience. MASTER CLASSES (beginning to advanced, novice to professional artist) Modern dance technique, the "Voice and the Step" classes, Improvisation, Composition, Theatrical Movement, and Partnering classes are offered at all levels and are accompanied by a live accompanist.
